We aim to deliver your gifts within the requested timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed during peak holiday seasons (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day).
Failed Delivery Attempts: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to contact the sender or recipient to arrange an alternative delivery method (e.g., leaving with a neighbor or security).
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lavender Park Flowers LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OnlineGifts.ae, nor its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
